Amazing how other sports use lactate testing and in rowing, I am one of the very few coaches who does it.
.@JenSegger nicely designed website you have. What lactate measuring device do you intend to use. I have been happy with the lactate pro.

.@missburrows lance gets pricked in the finger. We use the ear lobe it is less messy and pain free.

Dear Beginner,

You may be new to rowing.  Below you will find a clip in which I explain how the rowing stroke is done.  Row2go offers you motivation and workout variations which keep you interested in your rowing machine.  With Row2go you have the choice to download single workouts or become a member and follow the workouts as I row them.  I will row until I am 150 years old, or a great great great grandfather.  :-)  Being fit and healthy is a great way to enjoy your family.
